Archery Fitness Classes
Archery Fitness Classes are designed to help you establish and progress your general fitness and to strengthen those aspects – physical and mental – most important to your archery performance. A highly trained, experienced, and certified coach will provide detailed instruction about how to train safely and effectively. You will receive a new workout program each month, and the coach will be available by text or email to address any questions or issues that you might have. Each new workout will be demonstrated by the coach and practiced by you during the class session. For greatest benefit, you will be expected to perform these workouts on your own 2 to 3 times per week, along with cardiovascular training, to augment your overall health and enhance your archery performance.
There are 5 different Archery Fitness Classes to choose from:
- There must be at least 4 participants signed up in each class in order for it to take place.
- If a class fills up, please sign up for the waiting list. New classes will be opened once there are enough participants.
